A student who fail to appear in a particular subject in examination will not be considered for the purpose of rank with the rest of the class.
If a student fails to pay the fees or the arrears of fees with the prescribed date, he/she will no be entitled to appear for the examinations.
A student will not be eligible for examination promotion if minimum of 80% attendance has not been registered.

Those who fail to pray the fee on the due date will have to pay a pentantly fee 10.00per day of defaulting along with the fee.

Absence on any reopening day and / or at the time of examinations will be viewed very seriously and will affect the promotion of the child.
The student arenot allowed to leave the class room without the permission of the concerned teacher. Written permission must be obtained from the principal, through the class teacher, to leave the school premises during school hours.

Parents are requested to contact the class teachers and principal at least once in a month between 4.00 pm. To 5.00 pm. Parents are requested to sign their child progress report in person from the class teacher after the exam in specified time.
Parents are restricted meeting the children during the class hours. Medical Certificate should be produced if the childs takes leave more than two days.
